Our studio is spread across 2 custom built rooms. The first room contains lockers and a seating area, while the second room houses 7 reformer machines and is equipped with various tools including magic circles, therabands, bounce boards, therabands and more.
Our instructors are well rounded and educated in both the physical and mental benefits of Pilates, Yoga & Fitness. They tailor exercise to each individual, ensuring they are helping their clients get the most out of each session.
The most important principle to learn for all Pilates exercises is the ability to achieve “neutral spine”. This is when your rib cage is not tucked in, your stomach is pulled in and your deep stabilising muscles (the transversus abdominis and pelvic floor) are activated. These muscles act like a corset stabilising the lower back and pelvis.
